Automatic humidification system,the machine will automatically add water to adjust waste's humidity according to the set humidity value.
Automatic oxygenation system,the machine will automatically add oxygen to adjust waste's oxygen content according to the set oxygen vaule.
The machine adpots ozone and activated carbon to remove the bad smell that caused by fermentation,so that there is no bad smell reeks.
All sided sealed stainless fermentation tun makes no leak and bad smell around the work environment.
Automatic-control stainless stirrer,the machine will start or stop stirring according to the set timing.
The machine adopts MBR system to process waste water that caused by fermentation,the quality of processed water can meet the first level of nation discharging standard.
It adopts 7-inches-touch screen to control,fully automatic operation process,and display equipment running status real-timely.
With IOT module,operation data can be uploaded to the local supervisory platform.
There are two machines that meet different customer's demands,one will output organic fertilizer in 9days as per nation's standards,another one is made to ferment in 24 hrs and preprocess.
